Hi! I'm Tunney from Ireland

Hi everyone. I'm Tunney, I'm 31 and from Ireland. I started doing the c25k earlier this month, not because of January resolutions, but just because I felt I needed something for myself, to allow me time with my own thoughts. In the last three weeks, I've also taken up yoga and Pilates too.
I was always someone who was lucky about my weight. I was naturally skinny, never more than a UK size 8, despite the fact that snickers constituted a major food group for me! Recently however, as I'm getting older (am in my 30s) my metabolism isn't what it used to be, and the weight is slowly creeping up. So nutrition and exercise is all pretty new to me. Its been an interesting journey already, learning about what foods are good, bad and ugly for me. I'm really enjoying it so far though. Normally I never stick at anything for more than a couple of days. I haven't been tempted to give up the yoga or Pilates yet. Running I don't enjoy quite so much, and it definitely doesn't come naturally to me, but I'm gonna stick it out.
I'd love some friends to motivate me and that I can hopefully help to motivate too, I think it makes a world of difference.
Anyway, that's me, nice to meet you all

Hi Tunney,
Nice to meet you
I'm doing C25K as well I'm enjoying it, but like you I find it difficult and it doesn't come naturally to me. I prefer Zumba haha
I wish you all the success in your journey feel free to add me as a friendxx
