Hello- Newbie here

Hello,

I have just started logging my food and excercise on this website. I think its really good. I have 40 pounds to lose after the birth of my two boys, so heres a start to getting the wait down....any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    just be consistent with both the logging and the exercise, even if you can only find time to jog in place for 1/2hr. I am just getting back to this site, after letting a few pounds creep back on. It just really helps to see all the peeps on here encouraging each other along. feel free to add me as a friend.
