Howdy All,

I love this site and my Vivofit watch! It is the first time in my life I have real control and can track what I am doing. In 2013 I lost my wonderful mom and 3 beloved cats then my knee gave out and required surgery (not a replacement). I lost range of motion and it has taken 14 long months of therapy and working at it to finally get back to almost normal!!!! Through all this 15 pounds were gained (ugh). 2015 is going to be my year of regained fitness and health. Have a great New Year!

I understand how hard it is to recover from knee surgery. Had one last year and another scheduled later this year. Keep at it and you'll lose that weight!

Quick question and you don't have to go into detail in fact you can say yes or no but was the surgery to remove a "loose body" like a piece of cartillage/bone that was floating around your knee joint?

That's the surgery I'm waiting to get done and hoping it wouldn't take that long to get right!
