Recovering from broken foot, need exercise options

I'm about 12 weeks out from shattering 3 metatarsals in my right foot. I want to start exercising, but I'm not back to full use. I wear regular athletic shoes, but my foot is still sore. I can't do anything with very much impact.

Swimming if it doesn't bother your foot?
Best to take it slowly you don't want to put too much stress on those little bones!0 -
if you have a gym membership, some gyms may have a hand bike, great for cardio, builds up your heart without using your legs!0
