Recovering from broken foot, need exercise options

I'm about 12 weeks out from shattering 3 metatarsals in my right foot. I want to start exercising, but I'm not back to full use. I wear regular athletic shoes, but my foot is still sore. I can't do anything with very much impact.

    Swimming if it doesn't bother your foot?

    Best to take it slowly you don't want to put too much stress on those little bones!

    if you have a gym membership, some gyms may have a hand bike, great for cardio, builds up your heart without using your legs!
