Low Fat Nacho Dip for the crock pot
1 Pound Lean Gound Beef
2 Large Boxes Light Velveeta (2% Milk)
2 Jars Ortega Original Mild Taco Sauce
7 cups Water (2 jars full)
1 Package (1.75 cups) Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese



Directions
Brown Hamburger, drain and pat dry, if there is any grease. Place liner in crock pot if available. Place all ingredients into crock pot (cut cheese into 4 or 5 pieces). Cook on low for 2-3 hours. Stir occasionally.
Make about 40 1/2-cup servings.

    Sounds really good! The only problem is what do you recommend to dip in it? Chips are terrible when it comes to empty calories.

    If you bake whole wheat pitas in the oven, you can cut them up and use them like chips!

    it sounds delicious but my problem would be the 20 servings I would eat..with chips, pita or my pudgy little fingers!

    If you bake whole wheat pitas in the oven, you can cut them up and use them like chips! I also like it over mixed greens, a homemade taco salad kinda thing.:happy: yummy!!
