Tons of good information. while I might not do everything, You should never put bananas in the fridge. Of course what they show as a shopping list for one....is that a month of food?

    LMAO.

Eh some of that stuff is interesting. I like the soup recipes! But where's the meat in the first ones?

And I totally store my apples on the counter.

Some of that is very helpful, especially for those new to preparing and storing food.

I wonder why they say winter squash will only store for 1 month. Are they assuming store bought and not properly hardened? If properly hardened winter squash will keep for 3-8 months, depending on type of squash and how healthy it was when picked. That's why they are called winter squash, because they will store for months and can be eaten throughout the winter.

Also, I'd love to know where they got the grocery prices. I couldn't get any of the 'healthy' items for the prices they list, not even in season. But, the 'unhealthy' prices seem right on. Hmm. Also, some of the comparisons are bizarre - cucumber to potato chips?

    But, overall, it's not horrible.

Looked like a fairly good bit of info for someone just starting to do their own groceries and meals.
