Today I decided to join myfitnesspal. I used to use FatSecret.
I'll try to keep this short. Haha.
I'm 24 years old. I'm 5' 6" and I weight 169lbs.
I used to work a warehouse job and I walked a lot every day.
I graduated college last july and got a job in my career field.
Of course it's a desk job.
I work out for an hour after work. I do 5 miles of aerobic walking.
I burn about 140 calories a mile. But I am not losing weight.
I try to eat well but my fiancé is one of those people who can eat anything and not gain an oz.
And when I met him I was 150 lbs.
My goal is to lose 19 lbs.
And get him to eat better as well.
I've begun eating oatmeal for breakfast. And replacing ground beef with turkey burger.
I look forward to this new journey.
I hope I get results this time. Sometimes I get so low because 3 years ago I weighed about 215 lbs and made it to 150lbs.
I don't want to get into bad habits that cost me all my hard work.
Time to get back on track!!!

He thefaultswefound,
I was curious, were you able to transfer data from your Fatsecret account?
I'm thinking of trying it along side MFP for comparisons but like to migrate my MFP data over Fatsecret. Don't want to start over.
..and good luck on your journey (btw, if your fiance gets over 40...it will change...been there ;-)0 -
I don't think that you can.0
