Seeking movers (even if it's .5 MPH) and non-dieters

Hey there!

I'm getting back into MFP after a break.

I sort my meals differently than most.

For various reasons I tend to eat emotionally (see profile) and I'm practicing all the time getting better at listening to my true hunger.

For exercise I like walking, swimming, weightlifting, bird-watching, dancing in my living room, yoga or stretching, skiing and volleyball.

I have an open diary.

If you would like to send a FR feel free. I'm more apt to accept those with profiles filled out and viewable.

    I get held back all the time. Then I move forward when I can. Takes forever but I do not want to give up on myself.
