My first week on myfitnespal, should I add calories because I am nursing?

Yes yes yes! talk to your doctor to see how many minimum calories you can consume in order to still produce enough milk. Nursing is a mothers natural weight loss strategy, you burn sooo many more calories!0

When I was nursing on a regular schedule I added nursing under the exercise section and added the number of calories allotted for nursing.0

I was wondering the same thing, but hwo do you change the numbers for fat, protein, etc.......?0
