Looking for people to talk to! :)

hello everyone,

I've recently kick started my healthy change on this program. This is my second time. I lost track for awhile but now I'm back! For good I hope :)

I'm looking for people to chat with regarding different types of meals and things and what is working for different people. I found last time I tried this i found myself losing focus because I was repeating the same things all the time, the same 30 minute walk, the same healthy food all the time.

I know there is a wealth of knowledge out there regarding what is working for different people and I hope to be able to talk to some people regarding what they recommend :)

So far, it's been about a month and I've changed up my cardio to not revolve around only walking but dancing as well. This is helping!

Yell out of you have any idea's I would love to hear all of them. Or send me a friend request so I can talk to you through there?
