Weight loss for surgery

Hi all. I am currently awaiting a 3rd surgery to repair a hernia. And my surgeon wants me down to at least 170 lbs. When I started my journey I was 207, and I am currently 192.5. I am on a whey protein isolate diet..It doesn't taste the greatest but it is well worth it. Good luck to everyone on their journey!

Good luck on your weight loss and the surgery! Remember that you can eat anything you like and lose weight, as long as you hit your calorie goal.0
