How does everyone stay motivated? I find it difficult to eat right and have motivation to do this journey consistently. Your advice is needed

Welcome to the site :) I think motivation comes from within and we can be inspired by others..that's how it's worked for me. I think many of us have our ups and downs, if we take it take by day or even moment by moment when needed it works. Perhaps keep track of all the good things you're doing rather than tracking the things you feel you're slipping on. It's not easy at first, it's a habit that has to be developed.

Gather some friends, read the forums, most definitely check out and read the Before and After section and check out the groups sections!

    Good Luck :)

Once you start seeing results it gets easier, because you see the fruit of your labor. However, in the beginning its just holding on to your vision of what you want to be honest.

@sterlingclaiborne‌, thank you I never thought about keeping track of the good I was doing! That's brilliant! I will do just that and see how it works for me. Thank you
