hi there, I'm fairly new to all this calorie counting and I've just stumbled on something that is probably really simple but I'm not sure so can you help me?!!
I was about to make a "Maggi chicken and bacon pasta bake" when I scanned it for the calories, it states it has 504 cal per serving but you also add chicken breast, pasta, and bacon and milk to the packet contents, do you also add on those calories too?? Or are they included in the overall meal on the pack????
Very confusing! Can anyone clarify?

I would guess it already includes what it tells you to add to it, but check the container to see if it says calories "as prepared" or "as packaged"
