I've been a member for about a month (probably more I lose track lol) I didn't say anything before because I wasn't sure I was going to stick with it. After about a month or so I have taken some time off and am definitely feeling it. So now I've decided no more excuses, no more bs, and no more living an unsatisfying life. I do know one person here losing weight, but haven't gotten the whole "friends" thing down yet lol. Once I get my profile up and running I hope to have a full network that I can not only lean on when I need to, but can help when others need inspiration. Thanks!

    hello, I am trying to figure out how this works. Dr. put me on a modified Atkins diet. Which is basically dropping all charbs and increasing protein, veg and fruit. I find I am addicted to charbs.
