Exciting Saturday dinner ideas?

Hi!

So it's Saturday and I am in need of a great dinner idea! I have a lot of leeks and peppers to use - so if possible, it would be great to include them

You dont need a lot of pepper for this and unlikely you wont used your leeks but its pretty good and simple to do

Ginger Chicken Meatballs! These are absolutely delicious and use a lot of leeks or green onions
