quinoa breakfast bar recipie?

Hello everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone had a recipe for quinoa breakfast bars? I had one in a little cafe the other day that was made with quinoa, hemp seeds, flax..and I am not sure what else and it was delicious. It would be a perfect breakfast or afternoon snack!

I have searched for recipes but nothing I find is even similar. I am an awful cook so I don't even know how to go about just experimenting with my own.

Any recipes or suggestions would be great!!
