Having a day off calorie counting today, just can't face it but feel so guilty

Every once in awhile, I do the same thing. I let myself have a day when I was exhausted and discouraged. I still logged every bite, though. I got right back to healthy eating the next day and continued. I still lost a pound that week. The key is to enjoy it, so you get some satisfaction out of the day. That makes it easier (for me, at least) to being strict with my calories the next day and on.0

Guilty?
Did you steal something? Cheat someone of something? Hit somebody in something other than self-defense? Blaspheme (if you're religious)?
And how does that relate to the amount of food you eat, anyway?0 -
It's good to have a refed day next day you go strong to the gym ! And kill it. No guilt no shame0

Thanks, wasn't as bad as I thought when I logged it so don't feel half as "guilty" but will still work my bum off in the gym tomorrow0
