I need to do something about my weight.
I am 5'8
I weight 184.4 lb
I am 26 yrs old. I have two kids and I never been this fat only when I was pregnant of my kids. I had a miscarriage on May 2014 and since then I was not able to lose all that weight. I feel my self-esteem so down and disgusting of myself. I need some tips anything that will help me.
Thanks

Eat at the deficit mfp sets for you.
Get a food scale so you can be sure you're eating as adequately as you can be.

Your a beauty queen with 2 kids and your whole life ahead of you that should be enough for you to pick yourself up and keep going. Put yourself in a positive mindframe, be grateful for what you have and everything else will fall into place, including shedding the extra weight.0

Make small changes . Do one thing this week, add another next week. Example go for a walk every other night this week, add more vegetables in your diet next week etc. this is all about life style changes, no quick fix. I also recommend reading the stuck posts in top of this forum and getting started-forum. Good luck!0

To lose, eat at a deficit. Remember, it's not a race, so be patient with yourself.0

Our stats are almost the same I'm 5'8", I was 184 lbs, and my goal was to lose 40 lbs (actually 39, as I set it to 145 lbs). The only difference is that I'm 41.
I have 1 child (she's now 17) and I had never been 184, my highest weight was 174 at the very end of my pregnancy, never before or since.
I was so disgusted with myself, I just kept gaining weight over the past 3 years, especially in the past 2, even though I was trying to lose it. I was stiff, I got fat on my body I had never had fat on (my back, my face, my waist and arms got huge).
I lost 12 lbs in the past 2 months, (even during the holidays, I started right before Thanksgiving). I did that simply by logging food, eating below 1400-1450 calories and gradually doing more and more cardio.
I feel so great now, I fit in all sorts of clothes, and the difference is noticeable.
You can definitely do it!!!!
I'm gonna add you as friend, ok ?0
