Tracking Food Question

I used to track on another site but recently switched to MFP.
On the other site say if I tracked 'Apple-raw with skin' I could weigh it on my scale, select apple-raw with skin in database then input my apple weight and it would calculate it on the site my actual total. How do I do this on MFP? When I select apple-raw with skin it's locked in at 100g and says select servings.

If the apple weighs 203 grams for example just use 2.03 servings. It's how I do it anyway.0

Ah, makes sense. Thanks0

Also, you only need to count the part of the apple you eat. If you don't eat the core, you should subtract its weight from the total weight of the apple.0
