How much exercise is too much?

Hi! I am new to my fitness pal, just joined three days ago so I'd be grateful for any help I can get, especially from those with more experience. Is there a limit to the exercise I should do? The day before yesterday I did 3800 kcal worth of exercise (all together in a day) while eating 1580 kcal. In the evening I was trembling and feeling a bit shaky but recovered overnight.
Is that too much? Any ideas would be highly appreciated, thank you!

    What type of exercise with that kind of calorie burn? It seems very excessive unless you ran a marathon.

    A couple of hours of beach volleyball + 30k fast pace walking + cycling + dancing.

    A 30 kilometer walk plus other exercise? Or am I misreading that.
    Then yes, this would probably be too much exercise, especially with such a low calorie intake.

    Also keep in mind when setting up exercise goals, are you going to be able to maintain them. Not just during the weight loss phase, but after as well.

    Did you use a heart monitor to get your calorie burns? and yes this is excessive. I thought maybe you were training for a triathlon. What is you goal?
