Hi everyone would like to take a minute to introduce myself. I'm trying to live a healthier lifestyle and get fit. I recently made some big changes in my life style and Although I'm not at the gym every day I do walk 5 miles a day. I figure I'll start with what I know I can do. I'm currently on day 4 of the 21 day fix. Would love help and support.
