183lb lost in 18 months and I'm still getting NSV's. Here's todays :-)

After losing 183lb, since May 2013. beating diabetes and having open heart surgery, today I have finally got into a pair of 30 inch waist jeans down from a size 66". Not bad for a 46 year old man with a dodgy ticker lol.
Probably around 66 inch waist here, not sure, I gave up counting after 60 inch :-)
Today fitting nicely into a pair of 30 inch waist jeans. :-)
