Finding Time to Eat Healthy - Help Required

Heya guys,
So basically i'm working on my diet and eating healthier, however i have hit a bit of a problem.
I work stupidly only days, sometimes up to 15 hours.
I can normally grab breakfast before i go out but i never know what to do with the rest of the day. My work has no kitchen and i don't get an official break to go out get food.
So in short i have to bring lunch and dinner in from home, neither of which can be cooked or heated in anyway (all i have access to is a kettle). Any suggestions on healthy, delicious and substantial meals that will keep me going through this long shifts?

What kinds of foods do you make at home that can be packed to take to work and eaten cold?
I imagine that lasagna would would work. Also egg dishes like frittatas. Or meatloaf, roasted chicken, burritos, veggie and cheese pizza, roasted vegetables, grilled ham, cooked shrimp, baked oatmeal.0 -
with a kettle you could do oatmeal or cup-a-soup. Maybe an thermal food jar to pack a hot dish in, like veggies, meat and rice or soup.0
