Snowboarding after leg day??

Of all the days I've been wanting to go snowboard, the group decides to go tonight! I had leg day yesterday and I'm sooo sore it hurts to sit down and my butt aches lol. It hurts worse because I slacked and took a couple weeks off and started back up again.

But I'm afraid if I don't go I may have to wait forever again. I should be ok right?? Lol debating whether to go or not.

    I can't believe I'm reading a thread about somebody complaining about having the opportunity to snowboard. I live in Alabama so I'm lucky to go once a year for a long weekend. Anyways, what @sentaruu said.....
