After losing 130 pounds, I still felt kind of chubby. I wasn't really focusing much on strength training. My goal was mainly to lose the fat. A fair warning to those losing weight! Don't ever leave out strength training! Figure it into your routine. It will tighten up your skin and you will look better anyway.
