After losing 130 pounds, I still felt kind of chubby. I wasn't really focusing much on strength training. My goal was mainly to lose the fat. A fair warning to those losing weight! Don't ever leave out strength training! Figure it into your routine. It will tighten up your skin and you will look better anyway.

You look so good! I'm sure you feel a million times better too. Strength training also burns more calories and revs up your metabolism so you burn more calories over time. Makes losing the fat easier!0
