I've been trying to loose my baby weight since I had my baby 11 months ago. It's been a crazy ride, but I'm hoping that this helps. I could use some friends to help me stay on track.

I cant use the excuse of having a baby and baby weight.. The years crept up and now my baby in 19. I had four children and gained 55 lbs over the years.. Add me ..We could help each other..I am starting to detox off sugar and eating a high protein macrobiotic diet.. Lets get healthy...0
