Hey! I am for the second time. I began in September and lost 15 pounds. I maintained through the holiday and began again a couple weeks ago. I've lost almost 10 more pounds. I thought things were going slowly this time, but I looked back through my past recording and found that I was still losing weight at the rate I did before. Keep it up! It still works! :)

Honestly, that kind of diet isn't sustainable...it's good in the short term but if you want any chance of sustaining any losses, you should find a diet that allows you more freedom. I follow the carb cycling diet which burns fat pretty well! It also has more flexibility in choosing your food. You split your meals into 5 smaller ones and it keeps you more energized..its just so much better than removing carbs which is what that diet does by having you eat lots of protein.
