You are not going to lose or gain weight that quickly. It takes time. Likely you gained water weight, which fluctuates daily, as a result of the sodium you consumed. If you also just ate, that can make your scale fluctuate. Drink a bunch of water and try to keep your calories at your target level. Weigh yourself once a week at most. If you do binge, log it and hold yourself accountable. If you have a craving or desire for something like pizza, plan ahead and work it into your daily calorie count. It's okay to eat what you like, as long as it's in moderation.

It takes time to lose and gain weight - if you weigh every day, you're more likely to see various fluctuations, such as having not dispelled waste or water weight (which can be caused by the food you eat, the time of month if you're female, swelling from exercise - all of it normal). Go by measurements. Get a clothing measuring tape and track your inches. Sometimes I see more loss in inches than I do on the scale. If you do weigh yourself, do it once a week early in the morning if you can, before you've eaten.

It took time to gain the weight you have; it will take time to lose it. Some people have to work hard and steadily for a few weeks for the weight to begin dropping. Have patience, work hard and log everything. :)

Who says? Water weight and food weight......don't continually look at weight fluctuations daily.......check next week and get back to us.

What is this "it" of which you speak? If it's your scale, then what @KrissyMuree‌ said applies. If it's something else, please clarify.

Most likely, its water retention, so give it a week. Walk away from the scale.

Im 100% sure that those pizza slices and smootie didn't put you 3500 calories over your TDEE, its just water weight from increase sodium, drink plenty of water and it will be gone in a day or 2
