Hi everyone. So I've just got on the scale and realised I weigh 93kgs
I'm totally freaking out and realised this is not healthy for a 20 year old. So I'd like to lose 30 kgo. I realise this won't happen over night. Can you guys give me tips on hints in how to get started cause I'm overwhelmed by the amount of information on these forums I don't know where to begin. Please help

    Hello, It can be very overwelming when you first start to work on weight loss and over all better health! I was where you are last year. This year I changed so much and would love to help you get where you woulde like to be as well. Im still working on my weight but am at a much healthier weight now. I started last January over 200 also and I am now at 160!! Ill send you a friend request!! Best of luck and remember small steps and you wont get so overwelmed :)
