Just have to share- I reached my goal today. I only had 17 pounds to lose on MFP, but I've actually lost about 20. I sat on that 20 pounds for almost 2 years so I know the maintenance part from here on out should be easy for me.

    Congrats and good luck from here on out!!

    I just joined MFP a couple of nights ago. I'm in the same boat as you were, I guess -- looking to lose around 16lbs and was wondering, myself, how maintaining my goal weight would be, once I got there!! Glad to hear you think it will be easy for you. I'm hoping it will be for me, too!!

    Would you believe I reached mine yesterday. My story is almost like yours. I was suppose to lose 10-15 but I lost 19.5 lbs.Now to learn how to maintain. Congrats on reaching it...
