Say exercising in commercials while watching a movie etc? This is not harmful, is it?

Nope. Generally speaking, the more you move the better. Theirs also tonnes of TV commercial infograph style plans out there if you need some inspiration for what to do.0

I'm in agreement. Move more. Even if it's just during commercials. My only question, for the fitness gurus here, is I thought there used to be some axiom saying you have to sustain aerobic activity for 20 minutes for it to make a difference. Difference to heart health I suppose (which I realize is an aside from the whole CICO concept). Has this been debunked?0

Googled a little. Seems like this was a concept based on "it takes the average person 20 minutes of cardio to switch from using glycogen to burning fat". Seems like a huge generalization. If you are in a calorie deficit, hence your glycogen levels are on the low side, one would assume you would switch to burning fat fairly quickly. So back to CICO.0
