12 week challenge

I have just started a 12 week challenge run by my local gym, I bought a fit bit at Christmas and combined with this website have found them both to be great motivators. I find that if I haven't reached my exercise goal for the day that I will take my dog for an extra walk to make up the steps. Along with doing the food log and seeing my goals getting closer is wonderful motivation. Although I don't have a huge amount to lose I know that it certainly makes me much more aware of what I am eating. And thanks to the longer and sometimes extra walks even my Staffy has lost a kilo in the last week!!
