Hey girls and guys! I've had my fitness pal for awhile now but never really took it seriously. For about a week now, I have. I've logged everything I've ate, and trying to make healthier choices. To be at a healthy weight I would need to lose over 100 pounds. But I've come to understand I can't rush that. I've lost a few pounds this far and I'm very determined to keep going!! I'm excited to go on this journey with y'all! -Ashley
