how many carbs a day do you eat

I know the difference between good and bad carbs. I just think what MPF recommends seems really high. I set my goal for 40% protein, 40 carb and 20 fat.
Just wondering how many carb others are doing and how it has work for you.

    Try to stay low on non-exercise days but have rice or pasta on exercise days. Feel like I am doing my body no favour by not eating them when I do cardio like running.
