I started lifting in February of 2013. I was 232 pounds and the heaviest I had ever been! One day I made the decision to work out again and i was instantly hooked! 2 years down the road now and I've faced challenges like hand surgery, but I came out fighting harder because I needed to make up for lost time! It was the best decision I've made thus far in life! So add me as a friend and stay updated I also post a lot to my Instagram so add me there as well @gevans43
