Hanging leg raises.

I'm not saying you shouldn't do ab workouts, but a great strength training program will work your abs without needing lots of isolation work. Even better, strength training programs improve core strength, not just abdominal strength.
My favorite ab exercises are hanging leg raises and ab roll outs. Generally I let squats, deadlifts, bench press, pull ups and overhead press do the work. Front squats and overhead squats really require core strength.0 -
I did this one the other day for the first time. Added planks and bird dogs at the end of each circuit. I definitely felt the abs working and they said high a day later too ;-) Also gives a pretty good cal burn as it mixes cardio with strength. Same principle that Jillian Michaels follows in her 30 day shred, but more emphasis on strength.0 -
Doing weighted back squats, front squats , or overhead squats all engage your abs. You can also do hollow rocks to build dynamic ab strength.

My goodness Imma have to google these exercises. I just got out the Army a year ago and I'm use to the exercise names we did. Lolz thank u guys soooo much for the advice!! ☺️0
