I don't know if I should post this as "motivation" or "success" but want to give both a chance to see the difference it looks with just few days of hard work and eating healthy! You are the only one who can make it to work! Self-determination and accountability! :)x01a9nuc9zmz.jpg

Hey there! the full 3 weeks I eat heath"ier" not 100% clean my diary is open. I also work out every day, sometimes 2x a day but most of the time 45m-1hr of aerobics with either Jillian Michael's or Shaun T (Insanity) at home around 8-9pm or 2 hours after dinner. It's been great for me specially if I think I overate dinner, I want to compensate and work out extra longer. So far I've shown difference for sure. I had once where the scale didn't move and it looked like I gained .7lbs but after 3 days later I lost like 3lbs it was crazy. I'm just really determined and I make sure that I'm sticking to my calories in a day if I can help it. Good luck to you! Thanks for asking!
