hello everyone I just wanted to say hi and wanted to say I m new at this. My goal is to hopefully learn how to be more healthy and to get out of my bad eating habits

    I'm the same! Trying to condition my brain to not want takeaways and to start wanting salad! I've found running has helped a lot. Good luck!
