I have an Advance Fit vibration machine. I started using it after every meal as well as my usual walking & workouts. Is this machine as effective as they say. Can some body help me?

I really don't know but good question. I always work out at the gym but then use the Body Enhancement by Beauty Angel. According to the manufacturers a 150 pound person would burn close to 45 calories, a 200 pound person would burn closer to 65 calories in a 10 minute period. I don't really worry about that though because I love the lights more than the shaking!

I believe these were originally designed for physical therapy/recovery for people who have been bed-ridden for extended periods of time. No idea how they ended up in gyms... Just go for a walk.

I have one (it was originally purchased for an elderly relative with diabetic neuropathy).

I occasionally find it useful for muscle soreness. But as a workout? Nah.
  • I use mine after a good long walk or a good workout it seems to relax the muscles. It's really good for the circulation which I have problems with after surgery. Thanks for the feedback, greatly appreciated & will take your advice & be more physical.
