Hi friends! I went from being sedentary to going to the gym at least 5 days a week. I spread out my exercise between les mills body combat, cardio (treadmill and elliptical) and strength training. I also log my food and know I am doing much better than I was. My question is if anyone else has not lost much weight after 3 weeks of hard core gym time? Am I losing fat and gaining muscle? I see a small changes in my body but nothing on the scale

You're not going to gain much mass even as a beginner on a deficit (most women only gain a pound of muscle a month bulking).
You say you haven't lost "much" weight after 3 weeks. Did you lose a pound? Two pounds? Five pounds? Females have water weight fluctuations because of our cycle. You may also retain a bit of water when you have been working out to repair your body. Also, when you go from no exercise to lots of exercise you may have increased your cortisol, so that would impact your fat losses as well.
Take measurements, take pictures and watch the scale. Be patient. Log accurately.
