hi, just wondering if any of you ladies, like me, have this syndrome? Are you able to lose weight without the help of metformin?

    Yes, I have been struggling with this syndrome for many years. I took metformin for about 5 months, it didnt really help me. From 220 lbs to 160(my lowest) was without the use of metformin. Yes, it can be done along with proper diet and exercise.

    Yes, it can be done. Metformin did not do much for me at all. I was sick of being on meds and quit. I'm doing low carb. It's slow but it is working.

    I've never been prescribed Metformin, but lost 30lbs without x
