Virtual run: Firefly (as in TV show) 14k/14 mile

Any runners or walkers out there. Their is the firefly 14k/14 mile race that you can register for. You can break it down into as many run/walk sessions as you need to and have 14 WEEKS to complete so no excuses, right?!? As of this moment there are 5 14k (8.7 miles) and 18 14 miles spots left. You get a cool medal and it's for a good cause.

Go to the link below, click on the tab that says "Dogs in need of help" then click on a dog to put a race entry into your account. Read all the instructions to be sure you get entered and feel free to request to join the facebook page. Get your geek on, get your run (or walk) on and get to help out some wonderful dogs all at the same time.
