I am starting T25 on Monday #excited but add me if have done or are doing this workout Plan me and my cowokers ( Im in the navy so this give us time to workout ) are doing this on our lunch break at work So yes I am excited and Nervous I don't like working out with others but I want to do it I feel like I can do this I completed Insanity before some years ago and I love it the results.

I'm starting today! Just about to try it this morning... Out of interest what will you enter into mfp as the exercise? Is it classed as interval training? Or circuit training?0
