Hi i 25 5'2 and sadly 240 pounds. I suffered form a deep depression after the lose of my son almost 6 years ago. Finally after a long road to get my mind in the right place,i want to get my body back. Not only to be happer and healthier,but my husband ai want to be able ro try and have another baby. The doctor said i have to get to atleast be 160 in order to even try. I need a good support to help me better myself and reach my goal.
