does anyone know if calorie counter watches work? Ive just search them on ebay and some are so cheap! (like 5 pounds). does anyone use them? thankyou for any comments
edit: i mean a heart rate monitor and have just been told the only accurate ones are the ones that come with a chest strap.
.. does anyone reccomend any good cheap ones?

Get one with a chest strap for greater accuracy mine is a Polar. Google "polar heart rate monitors with chest strap"0

I would love a good cheap one too. Unfortunately, I'm guessing the good ones aren't the cheap ones and vice versa... But maybe someone with experience knows better.
