I previously lost 85 lbs via diet change and MFP but since I have put some lbs back on via bulking and not tracking my diet like I used to. I have just recently rejoined MFP to help with my diet.

I would like some opinions as for what fat burners are used by you all (if you use them). I do not like the jittery feeling and am very picky about what I put in my body. I currently use the Bodyfortress protein powder but will be switching to something a little more pure that has no carbs in it, so suggestions on protein powder would be great as well.

My goal is to lose my fat and achieve the shredded look. I want to be able to take my shirt off and people ask "why are you flexing?" with my reply being "I am not."

Well I don't recommend fat burners but you can try creatine and CLA for muscle gain and a good protein powder that has no additives is Allmax Isonatural

Can I ask why you do not recommend fat burners?

They are expensive and only marginally effective. If you are eating properly and lifting heavy you will get the same results at a fraction of the cost.

That is true. I guess I am just looking for something to help boost my efforts since I get very little support at home.

I can definitely relate to not having a support system at home :( but blowing a pile of cash on something that doesn't work won't make you feel any better. If you are looking for a pre-workout energy boost drink a black coffee 20 minutes prior to hitting the gym.
