I know it can seem hard, especially at first, but the payoff is so worth it! When people ask how much weight I've lost or tell me I need new pants 'cause my compression pants aren't compressing anymore (haha) I don't even think about all the days/nights I eat sweet potatoes, cabbage & chicken. Trust me...nothing tastes as good as that feels.0

Yes, that is a challenge! Just take it one day at a time, one meal at a time... you can do it!0

I've been at maintenance for 2 years now. Once you're done cutting, and can eat at maintenance, not only do you feel glorious, but those people eating whatever they want will be looking at you with the same envy you're giving them right now.
Do you know how much fun it is to tell those people you ate an entire bin of chocolate almonds over the weekend, and still be fit?
The sacrifice is worth it, @chavez12josie0 -
Yes it's tough. You can do it though... just look at the big picture. Tell yourself it's just something that is gone in one minute and it's not worth it...0

The struggle is real.0

I've really been trying to work on changing my mindset on this and internally repeating "weight loss comes easily to me"...I don't know if it's working yet though hahaha0

it might be less of a struggle if you allow yourself to have the things you love in moderation.

Willpower is a muscle, just like your biceps and quads and glutes. It gets stronger the more you exercise it.0

You CAN eat whatever you want. Not as much of it. And yes, sometimes you have to make different choices to help keep yourself satiated.0

I go to lunch with the same group almost daily. I'm the only one that doesn't order the combo meal, I'm the only one that orders water instead of a soft drink. It's hard to not have the fries and sugary drink, but to me every single lunch is an accomplishment that I'm proud of. It's not easy, but it's a different kind of satisfaction that is so much greater than salty, fatty goodness of the fries.
I'm also, the only one that the ladies in accounting are starting to ask if I'm single and inquiring about? Believe me, that is much better than a 44oz Soda/Pop or the smoothed burrito!
Choose your satisfaction!0
