Crunchy knees while squatting
My knees crunch so loudly when I squat, it sounds horrific! It doesn't hurt though and I've seen a physio about it and he said that it's mainly to do with me being hyper mobile (really bendy) and locking my knees when I stand, which I've worked on, but that there's nothing they can do about it and it wont cause any harm.
My question is, has anyone got anything like this and found any thing to help? For example a knee support? Has anyone found weight lifting to help / hinder crunchy knees? I did ask the physio about lifting and squatting and his reply was 'why would you want to do that?' then changed the subject.
