I stay motivated by taking my before and after pictures and seeing results plus with all the compliments from people who are close to me and even strangers that I don't know who seen me walking around my neighborhood tell me I look amazing, they too help me stay motivated. My kids also motivate me. They tell me each day I am beautiful and they are proud of me.They are my life. They need me and I need them.great job, you look great. Would love some advice on how you stay motivated.
