Have been sober for 12 months, trying to get healthy and lose about fifty pounds. My eating habits are bad, have never worked out. I joined anytime fitness, have a trainer, boy is this tough, but yet still fell awesome after a good session. Trying to keep my spirits up.

    Congrats on 12 months! Habits are hard to break! You can do it! Working out is great way to clear your head!
